You know your dog best. Please let us know if they need special accommodations for a specific type of weather, including if they are fearful of thunderstorms.
We understand that life is busy and schedules change. Please cancel as soon as possible. You can cancel up until 8:30 am the day of your walk free of charge. If you forget to cancel and a walker arrives at your house you will be charged for that walk.
My schedule varies. Can I add a walk last minute?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee space on the date that you need. The earlier you request a walk the more likely you are to get the date that you need. Of course there is no harm in asking the day of, as long as you do so before 8:30 a.m.
